DAVID K. SHERMAN
CIO

David Sherman founded Crossingbridge Advisors, LLC in 2016 and currently serves as the CIO. Mr. Sherman has 35+ years of investment management experience. Mr. Sherman founded Cohanzick Mangement, LLC in 1996 and earlier in his career, Mr. Sherman was actively involved as a senior executive in Leucadia National Corporation's corporate investments and acquisitions and was Treasurer of the holding company’s insurance operations. Mr. Sherman holds a B.S. from Washington University.

BRUCE FALBAUM, CFA
Principal

Bruce Falbaum joined Cohanzick Management, LLC as a Principal in 2010 and has been an employee of CrossingBridge since its inception in 2016. Mr. Falbaum has 35+ years of investment management experience having previously worked at Seven Bridges Management, LP, Ulysses Management, LLC, Halcyon Partnerships LLC and Prudential Insurance. Mr. Falbaum holds a B.A. from Duke University and a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

KIRK WHITNEY, CFA
Portfolio Manager

T. Kirk Whitney joined Cohanzick Management, LLC in 2014 and has been an employee of CrossingBridge since its inception in 2016 where he currently serves as a Portfolio Manager. Mr. Whitney has 20+ years of experience having worked at the Solaris Group, Concordia Advisors, Alliance Capital and Bloomberg. Mr. Whitney holds a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.

MICHAEL DE KLER
Portfolio Manager

Michael De Kler joined Cohanzick Management, LLC in 1999 and has been an employee of CrossingBridge since 2024 where he serves as a Portfolio Manger. Mr. De Kler holds a B.S. and a M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

JONATHAN BERG
Head Trader and Senior Analyst

Jonathan Berg joined Cohanzick Management, LLC in 2010 and has been an employee of CrossingBridge since its inception in 2016 where he currently serves as a Head Trader and Senior Analyst. Mr. Berg has 25+ years of investment experience having worked at Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, Ellington Management, and Trust Company of the West. Mr. Berg holds a B.A. from Duke University.

CHEN LING
Asst. Portfolio Manager

Chen Ling joined Cohanzick Management, LLC and CrossingBridge as an investment analyst in 2021. Ms.Ling’s experience includes equity trading at TD Ameritrade, private wealth management at Stratos Wealth Partners and sell-side equity research at Credit Suisse. Ms. Ling holds a B.S. from University of California San Diego, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business

SPENCER ROLFE
Portfolio Manager

Spencer Rolfe joined CrossingBridge in 2023 as a Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining the Adviser, Mr. Rolfe was a Managing Director at Corvid Peak Capital Management and an Analyst at Arena Investors, focusing on credit opportunities and special situations. Mr. Rolfe began his career at Cohanzick Management, LLC, an affiliate of the Adviser, in 2017, covering performing and distressed credit opportunities and equity special situations. Mr. Rolfe received his B.A. from the University of Missouri.

STEVEN SHACHAT
Portfolio Manager

Steven Shachat joined Cohanzick Management, LLC in 2016 and has been an employee of CrossingBridge since 2024 where he serves as a Portfolio Manger. Mr. Shachat has 35+ years of investment management experience having previously worked at Alpine Mutual Funds, Evergreen Mutual Funds, Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management and Donald Sheldon & Company. Mr. Shachat holds a B.S. from Boston University.

David Dikun joined Cohanzick Management, LLC and CrossingBridge in 2019 as a Portfolio Specialist. Mr. Dikun holds a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.

JONATHAN BARKOE
CFO & CCO

Jonathan Barkoe joined Cohanzick Management, LLC in 2004 and has been an employee of CrossingBridge since its inception in 2016 where he serves as CFO and CCO. Mr. Barkoe, who has 25+ years of accounting and audit experience, has been in charge of Cohanzick's accounting since the firm's inception.  Prior to joining Cohanzick, Mr. Barkoe was an accountant with Raines & Fischer.  Mr. Barkoe holds a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University and a M.S. in Taxation from Baruch College.

Chief Administrative Officer

Divya Jacob joined Cohanzick Management, LLC and CrossingBridge in 2021 as Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. Jacob has over 15 years of experience having served as Chief Operating Officer at ENSaT.  Ms. Jacob holds a B.S. from Binghamton University.


JOHN CONNER
Executive Vice President

John Conner joined Cohanzick Management, LLC and CrossingBridge in 2017 where he serves as Executive Vice President. Mr. Conner has over 10 years of experience having worked at Collins Capital, Persimmon Capital Management, Fortigent, and SEI Investments. Mr. Conner holds a B.S. from Lehigh University.

 ISRAEL ADLER
Compliance Officer

Israel Adler joined Cohanzick Management, LLC and CrossingBridge in 2021 and currently serves as the Compliance Officer.  Mr. Adler began his career in 2013 at a mid-sized multi-strategy hedge fund and was instrumental in the rebuilding and restructuring of their compliance program. Since then, he worked at Fiera Capital Inc, and Aperture Investors LLC.  In 2017 Mr.Adler founded Public Securitization Associates (‘PSA’). PSA focused on restructuring specific revenue streams for municipalities and states based on current and historical data.  Mr. Adler holds a B.A. from Thomas Edison State University.

Operations

Gregory Voetsch joined Cohanzick Management,LLC in 2010 and has been an employee of CrossingBridge since 2024 and works in operations. Mr. Voetsch has 20+ years of experience having worked at Thomas Lloyd Global Asset Management and Millenium Brokerage. Mr. Voetsch holds a B.S. from St. Joseph University.
